1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-7 business day after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method and are provided for reference only.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to South Korea & Austrailia.
Some locations may be excluded due to shipping restrictions or carrier limitations.

4. International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs processing times may affect delivery estimates.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information.
Tracking details may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lullulalla is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the shipping carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

8. Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change.
